Design and construction of individual thermal points
Building on a wealth of experience in energy and construction, we have been able to combine professional skills to make "turnkey" individual thermal points of any complexity.
Individual heat points (PTIs) are a complex of pumps, heat exchangers and sensors that operate automati- cally in dwelling blocks and control the circulation of the heat agent according to the set program and external ambient temperature.
PTIs are delivered in the form of ready-to-assemble assembly blocks at the mounting site.
In the basics, the PTI scheme consists of 2 modules such as the heating system and the hot water supply system. By receiving heat from SACET (centralized heat supply system), PTI forms the necessary parameters in the heating system of the building, but also prepares hot water that it pumps in the dwelling block.
The heat source of the PTI is the sources of heat generation (boilers and / or thermal power plants). The PTI connects to sources and consumers through thermal networks.
A modern PTI is an efficient and cost-effective tool to provide residential customers with heating. Setting the PTI according to the parameters you want allows the owners of the blocks to manage the heat efficiently and comfortably according to their own needs.
The basic components of the ITPs
The thermal energy meter takes into account the consumption of heating energy used for heating and hot water supply to the beneficiaries of the dwelling block.
The control panel regulates hot water preparation and heating according to the set program and outside ambient temperature.
Heat exchanger and control valve equipped with a hot water routing mechanism that provides a constant hot water temperature.
Heat exchanger and control valve equipped with a heating routing mechanism, providing a qualitative heating according to the temperature chart and external environmental parameter indicators.
The hot water pumps and the heating system ensure the recirculation of the heating medium in the system.
The pressure fluctuation regulator ensures a constant pressure of the primary part of the PTI, improving the quality of the thermal agent and increasing the operating temperature of the heat exchanger.
The expansion vessel (installed depending on the type of the block) supplies the heating system of the block when changing the temperature of the heating medium.
